Francesco leads the Legal-Tech activities at LEXIA, coordinating multidisciplinary teams composed of developers, lawyers, and communication professionals involved in the development of software solutions. In this context, he oversees the entire lifecycle of innovation projects, from the strategic ideation phase to technical development, through to launch and continuous improvement.
His work is consistently focused on simplifying complex procedures, digitalizing bureaucratic processes, and improving the user experience of software platforms.

Throughout his career, Francesco has specialized in designing and building digital processes for the fully online delivery of legal services and administrative procedures. As a Project & Product Manager, he has led the development of several innovative software solutions aimed at automating and accelerating typical activities carried out by law firms and legal professionals, contributing to the creation of platforms capable of simplifying complex procedures and significantly reducing operational time.
In parallel, Francesco has provided strategic and operational consulting for the creation and optimization of digital platforms, supporting the setup of informational websites, e-commerce portals, and mobile applications.
He has also collaborated with several startups and non-profit organizations, supporting them during the early stages of their projects and assisting in the structuring of their web activity.
