After graduating from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and a training period at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität of Tübingen (DE), he collaborated with prestigious Milanese law firms active in the field of labor law. ​

During his professional activity he has had the opportunity to operate in various areas of labor law, assisting companies, managers and workers in dealing with the numerous activities required by the management of personnel – employed and self-employed – and agency relationships, both in consultancy venue, both in litigation, judicial and extrajudicial settings.

  • He regularly collaborates with various newspapers and has published numerous articles on labor law matters, among others, in Il Sole 24 Ore, Guida al Lavoro, D&L Rivista Critica di Diritto del Lavoro, RIDL – Rivista Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro, ilGiuslavorista.it, lavorodirittieuropa .it.
  • Since 2008, he has contributed to the annual edition of «Doing Business», an international research project curated and published by the World Bank.
  • With Giuffrè he published Collective dismissals – Subjects, procedures, telematic communications (2018, 2nd edition), New code of employment contracts and changes to duties (2015), Collective dismissals – Subjects, procedures, telematic communications (2014).

He is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers – and a member of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association.
