Cristian Fischetti boasts over 18 years of experience in the field of corporate crisis and insolvency procedures, with a specific focus on negotiated crisis resolutions, debt restructuring agreements, certified recovery plans, preventive arrangements, and extraordinary administrations of large troubled companies.
Fischetti assists funds and financial institutions in investments in distressed companies through turnaround operations and distressed M&A, including new financing. He also handles the sale and purchase of UTP/NPL credits, both portfolios and single names, as well as bankruptcy litigation.
