LEXIA provided legal assistance to Gaia Energy, a leading company in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors, in the acquisition of four operational photovoltaic plants located in Piedmont and Campania, with a total capacity of 4 MW.

The operation involved the acquisition of four companies that own the plants, allowing Gaia Energy to significantly expand its presence in the solar energy sector.

The LEXIA team, led by partner Marco Muscettola, with the support of counsel Mattia Argento and associate Marco Pellegrini, managed all legal aspects of the transaction, from the initial due diligence to structuring the preliminary agreement, and finalizing the definitive contractual documentation.
