In this context, the Court of Como has granted the precautionary request presented by the cooperative, which, with a debt exposure of approximately 8 million euros, was granted the release of the Documento Unico di Regolarità Contributiva (DURC) for a period of at least 120 days.
This order represents a crucial step in ensuring the operational continuity of the cooperative and facilitating the implementation of the recovery plan. Furthermore, it ensures the regularity of payments from public clients, essential elements for the stabilization of the cooperative and its economic recovery.
