LEXIA advised Primo Capital SGR, through the Primo Digital, Primo Digital Parallel Italia and Primo Digital Parallel Sud Italia funds, in connection with Archimede S.r.l.’s €1.5 million seed funding round.
The LEXIA team, comprising Partner Renato Giallombardo, Senior Associate Annachiara Mastellone and Associate Enrico Roberto, handled all legal aspects of the transaction, from due diligence to the negotiation and drafting of the contractual documentation, as well as the coordination of all activities required for closing.
Led by Primo Capital, the round exceeded its initial €1 million fundraising target. The transaction also involved CDP Venture Capital, Plug and Play and ELIS, through CrossConnect, as well as 40Jemz Ventures and Irritec.
