Overview

Elmira Shahbazi serves as Managing Director of LEXIA Private, the firm’s division dedicated to assisting private clients, including HNWIs, Ultra-HNWIs, families, and family offices. She has developed solid expertise in real estate transactions, wealth planning, and the establishment and management of family and purpose trusts.

With the launch of LEXIA Private, she took on the leadership of the division, adopting a strategic and client-oriented approach. She assists national and international clients in the structuring and management of complex wealth planning and real estate matters. In these areas, she handles the structuring and execution of complex transactions, providing strategic and legal advice.

Elmira is a full member of STEP and a Qualified Family Officer under Law No. 4/2013 (MIMIT). She regularly speaks at professional conferences and is the author of numerous specialist publications on private wealth and family governance matters.

Before joining LEXIA, she worked with renowned national and international law firms, both in Italy and abroad.

Private Clients and Estate Planning
Advisory to domestic and international private clients, including HNWIs, Ultra-HNWIs and families, through a strategic and highly tailored approach focused on the protection, management and preservation of wealth.

Extensive expertise in trust law, providing legal and tax advisory services for the structuring, establishment and administration of family trusts, purpose trusts and beneficiary trusts. Assistance with asset protection strategies and the planning of generational transfers, including the management of succession dynamics within family-owned businesses.

Family Officer
Support to entrepreneurial families and family offices in matters relating to family and wealth governance, long-term planning and coordination of professional advisors. Ongoing assistance in decision-making processes, structuring of governance frameworks and alignment of family, business and ownership interests, with a holistic approach to the management of complex family wealth.
