LEXIA assisted Genenta Science S.p.A., currently transforming into Saentra Forge, in the execution of an agreement with the shareholders of Sòphia High Tech S.r.l. for a multi-tranche investment in the company’s share capital. Sòphia High Tech is an Italian excellence operating in the aerospace and defence sectors.
The LEXIA team, led by managing partner Francesco Dagnino and partner Giacomo Paracchi, and composed of partners Fabio Luongo and Stefano Corrà, together with associate Giorgia Pignatelli, supported Genenta Science in all legal aspects of the transaction.
In particular, LEXIA handled the legal, tax, employment and public security due diligence activities, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, also providing assistance in relation to the implications connected with Golden Power regulation.
