The Fondo Linfa, managed by Riello Investimenti with a capital of 60 million euros, recently led a Series A investment round of 8.64 million euros in Finapp, an innovative company specializing in the development and production of patented probes based on Crns technology. These probes measure the amount of water in the soil and snow by detecting neutrons generated by cosmic rays.
The investment round saw the Linfa Fund, as the lead investor, joined by other key players such as Mito Tech Transfer, Crédit Agricole Italia, and Tech4Planet, the National Technology Transfer Hub for Environmental Sustainability promoted by Cdp Venture Capital.
For the transaction, Cdp Venture Capital was assisted by LEXIA, with a team led by Partners Renato Giallombardo and Luca Spagna, who provided strategic and legal advice in a highly innovative context with significant relevance for environmental sustainability.
