Milan, April 20th 2023 – Five-E, an Italian-Spanish platform active in the energy transition field with a pipeline of projects under development approximately equal to 2GW, and MR Wind S.r.l.s., a developer with consolidated experience in the relevant field with ongoing developments for approximately 1 GW, signed a contractual joint venture for the development of utility-scale photovoltaic plants.

Lexia, with a team led by Partner Marco Muscettola and with the support of Associate Matteo Vagnoli, assisted MR Wind in the negotiation and development of JV documentation.

The internal legal team consisting of Andrea De Santis and Antonio Chiusolo acted in favor of Five-E. The team was led by Valentina Mercati, General Manager, coordinated the activities of drafting and negotiating the contracts as well as managed the economic aspects of the transaction.
