LEXIA is among the key players in the sixteenth edition of “Pink Power” by ItaliaOggi, a study highlighting the growing presence of women in law firms. Today, female lawyers in Italy exceed 50% of the total, with an increasing number holding top positions.
Among them is Elmira Shahbazi, head of the Foreign Direct Investment & Corporate Services practice, who in 2024 played a crucial role in opening LEXIA’s Dubai desk, further strengthening the firm’s international presence.
LEXIA continues to promote female leadership, with a rising number of partners and concrete initiatives, such as the event “Women’s breakfast: balancing parenthood and a legal career”, dedicated to addressing work-life balance in the legal profession.
