Giulietta graduated in Law from the Università commerciale Luigi Bocconi and is a member of the Milan Bar.
She assists mainly corporate entities, including international ones, from the business assessment phase, to the draft of commercial contracts and to the completion of regulatory forms, as well as in all areas of information and digital communication law, data protection and privacy, intellectual property and new technologies.

Giulietta has accrued a wealth of expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract and NFT law, subjects on which she has authored publications and spoken at academic events and specialist training courses. She assists several Italian start-ups in this sector, with particular regard to privacy compliance issues and commercial contracts with a focus on new technology.
Giulietta advises clients in relation to Web 3.0, e-commerce, voice commerce, live streaming shopping, mobile Apps and Web Apps, social networks and prize draw.

She is Cultore della materia in “Fintech” at Università LUMSA; an active member of Bocconi Alumni Community (BAC) – Topic: Legal; startups mentor.

She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
